The area around Lincoln is rich! You’ll find plenty of shopping, golf, sports, and recreation. Or you can check out local parks and other points of interest.

Lincoln is home to Gladding, McBean, the only remaining major manufacturer of ornamental hand-sculptured terra cotta in the U.S. many decorating some of America’s most famous buildings.

Each year Lincoln Arts puts on Feats of Clay, a national ceramics event where artists compete to have their work displayed among the best contemporary ceramic art in the historic Gladding McBean terra cotta factory. In summer, Lincoln Arts produces its summer series of free Concerts-in-the-Plaza.
